Powder Defoamer
Powder defoamer (also called antifoaming powder) is a dry, free-flowing white or off-white powdery functional additive designed to eliminate existing foam and inhibit new foam generation in aqueous systems after hydration. The core working mechanism is to reduce the surface tension of liquid foam films, thin and rupture bubble walls rapidly, and block foam reformation for a long time. It is made for direct mixing into dry powder raw materials; when mixed with water, the encapsulated active ingredients disperse evenly to deliver stable foam control performance.

Gypsum systems: Wall putty, plaster, joint filler, gypsum board slurry. Eliminates foam during mixing to guarantee smooth, pinhole-free wall surfaces and stable setting time.
Dry powder coatings and Microcement products.
2. Coatings, Inks & Papermaking
Water-based dry powder paint, printing ink raw powder: Eliminates mixing foam to prevent pinholes and uneven coating layers.
Paper-making dry sizing powder, pulp processing additives: Reduces foam interference in pulp washing and coating stages, enhancing paper smoothness and printability.
